"Thank you so much for the good job. I am
pleased at the way the guns went at the auction. I have had them
appraised and you got more than the appraisal amount. One went for
about $75.00 more! I was also surprised at the amount you got for some
of the other items."
Sincerely,
Mabel Smith |
"I just had to tell you how much I appreciate
all you did for me regarding my head vase sales (auctions). It was a pleasure
working with you and it turned out even better than I expected,
especially the last auction. I regard you as 'special friends' now and
hope our paths will cross again."

Referring to Seven
Ponds Auction December 2003
Dear Brian,
As you probably realize, last night's Holiday Auction and Christmas
Party was a great success. Everyone I talked to had a great
time, many thought it was the best of the parties we've had through
the years. In addition, we raised over $13,000.00 for the nature
center. This is the most we have ever raised in the twelve years
of the event. Thank you so much for again serving as auctioneer during
the evening. So many people told me how much they enjoy the voice
auction with you as auctioneer. You have become a big part of
this successful fundraiser.
Sincerely,
Mike Champagne, Director |

Dear Brian and Associates,
We would like to sincerely thank you and your
team for the excellent job you did on our recent auction. Your name is
still a 'Buzz' on our lips. Your hard work resulted in our success.
You cared about our feelings as we watched people handle our families'
belongings. You have been very helpful from the initial appraisals and
even after the final bid.
Your team worked many long hours in the warm
weather and sorted through years of dusty items. You found things we
had no idea we had. You moved immovable objects and Kevin even gave
his blood. Both you and Kevin worked the crowds to get the highest
bids and kept things moving. We appreciate the time and effort that
everyone put forth.
Thank you once again,
The Estate of Raymond Toole

Referring to Seven
Ponds Auction on December 4, 2004
Dear Brian,
I wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you
how successful the Holiday Auction at Seven Ponds was last weekend,
and how much we appreciate you helping out again. Everything
seemed to come together very nicely and everyone I talked to had a
great time. A great deal of credit goes to you as auctioneer.
You do such a nice job of making the auction entertaining and I heard
lots of compliments to this effect from the participants. You
have become a big part of this successful fundraiser. This
year's auction total was just over $12,000.00, a little less than last
year. We did a bit better on the voice auction this year, but
didn't raise as much through the silent auction.
Sincerely,
Mike

Thanks Brian for all you've done for me. It was quite a
surprise on the amount that all the little stuff added up to.
Good luck in all your future sales and I will come out there once in
awhile because you always put on a good clean auction. Again
thanks a lot.

Brian,
Thank you!! We really appreciate everything, and all the EXTRAS
you did for Carol. Being 900 miles away, it's kinda hard to
help handle things. If we had known earlier what and how
things were planned, we would have went up earlier and helped to get
things done differently. We all learn from our mistakes.
Tell your boys "thank you" for their honesty, Carol had told us what
they did with the money they found. Carol said they did a very
good job, and a lot of extras for her. We bragged about you (hope
you don't mind) down here to the people that know Carol and they
appreciate you too. Thanks again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
GOD Bless you, your family and your workers.
Thanks again,

Referring to Seven Ponds Nature Center Auction
held on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005
Dear Brian,
Everyone at the nature center is delighted with the way the
Holiday Auction went on Saturday. We collected over $12,000 from
auction sales, and there are still a few more checks to be received.
We also took in $100 with the 50/50 raffle and about $600 in
contributions for the event. Thus, we raised over $13,000 for
the nature center this year, comparable to what we raised in 2003
when we had our previous best year. Prior to the auction, we
were concerned about the impact that the economy might have on this
year's results, but everything worked out fine. In addition to
the funds raised, everyone had a great time. It was such a fun
evening, with several people mentioning that they felt it was one of
our most entertaining auctions ever. We'll have to make sure
that we get another mannequin next year! We really appreciate
all of your help in making the Holiday Auction such a successful
event. You do such a nice job of making the auction entertaining
while bringing out the best in the bidding. The auction has
become very popular with our supporters and some are already talking
about next year. You are big part of the event's success.
Sincerely,
Mike Champagne, Director |

Dear Brian,
Thanks so much for your work as the auctioneer for our 14th

To Brian and Crew,
A note to say Thank You to everyone for getting us out of an
overwhelming situation. I was very impressed with all of you. It
was the first auction I had ever attended. It was apparent you all
worked hard to get the best for your client. Your first trip to my
house to see what I had, was when I saw your integrity and
honesty, and that made me glad that I had called you. Ultimately
you had to make 3 more trips to pick up all that I had. Then at
the auction you gave me several opportunities to take something
back. We had a lot of fun. You and your crew were a lot of to work
with. : - )
Again Thank You All and we wish you The merriest Christmas and
Happiest New Year. I will recommend you to others.
Sincerely

An email received from Yvonne Davis on June 14, 2007
I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for everyone
who was involved in putting together everything for my auction -
Estate of Raymond L. Davis in Flushing, MI. I was so pleased
with Brian and the nice gentlemen that worked so hard putting
everything together for the auction. I was told by several
people how good everything went on that day June 9th. Thanks
for the professionalism that was displayed throughout.
You all made such a difficult time in my life go so smooth and gave
me faith that there are people out there who care about others -
even though you probably looked at it as - it was your job to do
that day. It really meant more to me.
Thanks again - bless all of you.
A special thank you to Brian and Niki for all your hard work
involved.

Referring to the Taste of Lapeer Auction held on
Sept. 27, 2007
Dear Supporter:
LACADA and its Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Programs
would like to extend a huge thanks to you for supporting Taste of
Lapeer. It is through generous donations of our supporters and
the community that we are able to provide quality services to those
individuals in our county who are touched by the crimes of domestic
and sexual assault. As you well know, it takes more than a
desire to realize a community service - it takes commitment,
collaboration and operating funds. You have, through your support,
helped us accomplish these undertakings.
With tax dollars becoming more difficult to secure and the
incredible competition we encounter in attempting to acquire those
funds, the support of the community becomes crucial in our
day-to-day operation. We also recognize that with the
uncertain economy throughout the nation, we are so very fortunate to
realize the support you have extended to LACADA.Sincerely,
Mary Stone
